Description
Mustard is made from the seeds of a mustard plant. These tiny seeds are black, white or brown. They are primarily used as seasoning ingredient in Indian cuisine. Mustard seeds contain calcium, dietary fiber, iron, manganese, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, protein, zinc, and selenium—a trace mineral that is an antioxidant that may offer protection against asthma, heart attacks, and some cancers.
